Objective is to improve/resolve shortages by the time projects are released to projection.
This position entails continuous data analysis and close interactions with buyers, Engineers, Project Managers, Alternate Market team, RS, etc to expedite/resolve shortage issues before projects are released to Production.
Managing Pre-Shorts viva exporting MPP to review and maintain projects for pre-short analysis.
Export reports from SAP to perform pre-short analysis.
Analyze and maintain data and reports for pre-shorts.
Must be familiar MRP report and understand each milestone and how they are related to projects and need-by-dates for shortages.
Must be familiar with SAP to export data and understand supply-demand, inventory, etc.
Must be familiar with Core+, ESW, ECO, ECR, FAI, NPI in order to potential resolve shortage issues.
Inventory Control – Analyzes usage data and stock levels to order parts to satisfy service levels; maintains inventory levels per plan and expedites shortages; assists in setting up new inventory systems or modifying existing systems, when necessary; assigns appropriate expediting duties to expediters.
Process Control – May participate in identifying root cause and corrective action from PCI reporting and metrics, or in cycle counting.
Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

U.S. Salary Range:
$52,000.00 - $71,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
