Job Responsibilities
- Work with BU, Function and HR lead(s) to shape, deliver and measure talent review, assessment rhythm and programs that align to business strategy, optimize individual/team potential, and meet company objectives
- Program Management for Talent Review and High Potential identification
- Manage/coordinate ongoing process, find opportunities for improvement and leverage best practices
- Maintain rhythm and calendar of deliverables, Assist with program development and socialization with senior executives
- Monitor and report on project progress, keep relevant team members informed of upcoming milestones/deliverables
- Work with HR Leaders to assess future state leadership and talent needs based on business growth plans and emerging critical skills
- Assist HR Leaders with departmental assessments of people strategies, connecting to critical talent, and develop action plans using coaching, assessment and other resources
- Develop and maintain talent and hi-po analytics and insightful enhancements in collaboration HR Technology team
- Assist with driving Strategic HR Programs in collaboration with HR Partner team globally
- Deploy proven project management principles, establish effective team operating mechanisms that optimize return on time spent
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, & Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of HR/Talent Management experience
- Project management experience
- Clear & concise communication delivery (written and verbal)
- Familiar with core Talent and Organizational Effectiveness concepts; prior experience designing and/or delivering talent assessment programs highly desired
- Familiar with KPIs, BKMs, and overall metrics to gauge and measure project success as it relates to business goals

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
