ABM eMobility & Electrical Infrastructure is seeking a Project Coordinator. Under the supervision of Operations Resource Manager, performs and coordinates weekly work schedule, dispatches labor force and a variety of daily operations & administrative duties. Also performs routine accounting tasks and clerical duties with the Company’s Accounting Department, which includes accounts payable and accounts receivables.
Pay: $75,000 to $90,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Job Description: Document Control Specialist
Job Summary:
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for the management and oversight of project documentation within our construction division. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, familiar with Procore, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Document Management:
Collect, scan, and upload documentation into the Procore system.Maintain an organized and up-to-date document control system that ensures the accessibility and traceability of all project-related documents.Track and manage revisions of plans, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and other project-related documents.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of documents.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with project teams regarding documentation requirements and updates.Provide training to the project team and other stakeholders on using Procore and understanding the document control procedures.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure that all project documentation is compliant with company standards, contractual requirements, and applicable laws/regulations.Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.Address and rectify any documentation discrepancies.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and distribute regular reports related to document status, outstanding issues, or any other documentation metrics.Monitor the documentation workflow and make recommendations for process improvements.
Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide support to the project team in accessing or locating documents in Procore.Resolve any technical issues related to document uploading, storage, or access.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Has proficient working knowledge of Procore.Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Must have the following Procore Certifications: Project Manager Core Tools, Project Management, and Procore Admin Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a document control role within the construction industry.Knowledge of construction processes, stages, and terminology.Familiarity with industry-standard document control practices and procedures.
