We are actively recruiting for an External Reporting Manager to join our SEC Reporting Team!
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of forms and financial statements to be filed with the SEC, including preparation of statement of cash flows
- Identification and implementation of new US GAAP accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Proactive identification and resolution of transactions requiring special treatment in US GAAP financial statements.
- Provides advice on technical accounting issues: researching appropriate guidance, benchmarking peer disclosures, and drafting technical accounting interpretation memo.
- Proactively identifies and resolves potential reporting issues and works closely with affected finance areas to ensure proper accumulation of financial data to support the required disclosures
- Monthly and quarter close support including journal entries, reconciliations of more complex or technically challenging balance sheet accounts
- Prepare quarterly schedules for external auditors
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, driving each to completion within set deadlines
- Experience with pension accounting and share based compensation accounting preferred
- Previous use of SAP and wdesk a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA Strongly Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in job offered or related field
- Proven competencies in communications and problem-solving
- Advanced Microsoft Office tool knowledge
- Experience with SAP preferred

U.S. Salary Range:
$133,500.00 - $183,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
