Job Title: Jobsite Patcher
Department: Yard
Reports to: Yard Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible for patching all lifter holes that are not required for moving and erecting panels prior to the panels. Repair all damage that panels may acquire and finish them to an acceptable standard.
Duties/Responsibilities
•Perform daily patching, blasting, and cleaning of precast on assigned Concrete Panels
•Constantly practice safety procedures without exception on job sites and at the plant
•Ability to learn, read, and write as necessary, need to see variations of color in order to color match
•Repair and enhance precast panels
•Become knowledgeable and use blasting and pressure-washing techniques Operate lift equipment
•Wear and use appropriate PPE equipment and use safety practices

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
Outdoor environments continually working in extreme heat and cold conditions based on the season. May be dusty working conditions. Frequent exposure to heights, noise and chemicals. On feet all day, lots of walking, bending.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, twist, and walk, must be able to use various hand tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; climb or balance on elevated surfaces; and stoop, kneel, squat, crouch or crawl. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Constant and continual medium to heavy manual physical labor is required for this position.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe laced ankle work boots, hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, back brace, forearm shields, and safety vests. This is an indoor/outdoor work environment: Exposure to sun, heat, humidity, cold, wind, light rain, sand, and dust.
