This is a seconded position, meaning the selected candidate will be employed by ITAC but work full-time on assignment with one of our clients. While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. This position is project requires the employee to be on the client's Nashville, TN site for an expected duration of two (2) months. Objective
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring all manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of products on the production line to identify and remove defective items according to company standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Remain attentive and focused throughout the entire production shift to ensure consistent quality control.
- Accurately document inspection results and communicate any quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues without conflict.
- Adapt to changes in production schedules and work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inspection area to support efficient production processes.
- HS Diploma Preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and all safety protocols.
- Ability to visually identify and remove product defect.
- Ability to be attentive throughout the duration of a production shift.
- Ability to be flexible for overtime to accommodate changes in production schedules.
- Ability to work alongside other employees without conflict.
