Position Overview
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be the strategic connector between business leaders and Celsius’ HR Centers of Excellence. This is your opportunity to shape and deliver scalable people strategies that drive engagement, strengthen team performance, and support organizational growth.
You’ll bring a collaborative, mentoring mindset and the behavioral agility to operate cross-functionally - engaging deeply with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition while also guiding peers and junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic HR point of contact for assigned business functions
- Advise leaders on people strategy, talent planning, and organizational design
- Partner with COEs across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Onboarding to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and alignment
- Coach and mentor HR team members to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Lead workforce discussions to identify trends in performance, engagement, and capability gaps
- Support rollout and adoption of HR programs and initiatives across departments
- Leverage people metrics (e.g., engagement, turnover, span of control) to inform business decisions
- Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance enablement, and team effectiveness
- Ensure HR compliance and proactively mitigate employee relations risks
- Champion a people-first culture while balancing business objectives
- Contribute to HR project work and help scale the HRBP model across the company
- Experience: 3+ years in progressive HR roles, including business partner or generalist responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting functional leaders with talent reviews, succession planning, and employee relations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of internal mobility frameworks, performance management, and people metrics
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and guide workforce decisions
- Understanding of employment law and HR compliance best practices
- HR industry certification strongly preferred (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
