As we continue our rapid growth and global expansion, we are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, enhance customer experiences, and support our ambitious growth plans.
Role Overview: The COO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain and logistics strategy to support global omni-channel expansion. This role will oversee and optimize our operations across owned stores, DTC website, wholesale/retail partnerships, and pop-up activations. The COO will also play a pivotal role in executing a long-term margin expansion plan while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Supply Chain & Logistics
- Design and implement a scalable supply chain strategy to support international growth.
- Optimize logistics and distribution networks for seamless integration across channels.
- Select and manage global distribution partners to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Customer Service Operations
- Develop and lead customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement tools and processes for efficient issue resolution and proactive customer engagement.
Inventory & Demand Planning
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting to align inventory levels with sales goals.
- Implement advanced analytics to improve inventory accuracy and minimize excess.
Retail & Wholesale Expansion
- Partner with the CEO to drive the strategy and execution for international retail and wholesale growth
- Build and maintain relationships with global retail partners to ensure mutual success
Margin Expansion
- Execute initiatives to improve gross margins through cost control, sourcing optimization, and process efficiencies
- Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure alignment with annual financial plans
Operational Excellence
- Develop scalable back-end systems and processes to support omni-channel inventory and logistics management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows and reduce costs
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing team across key operational functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics roles, ideally within the apparel or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of scaling global operations for an omni-channel retail brand
- Experience managing international retail and wholesale expansion

- Expertise in supply chain strategy, inventory management, and demand forecasting
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive margin improvement

Salary Range: $225,000 - $300,000 + Equity
