We are looking for an A-Player that can assist with various warehouse / shop support tasks, and also has a CDL-A license and can hop behind the wheel to support the movement of our amazing specialty fleet. One day you could be helping the team load a trailer for shipment, the next day you could be driving one of our 100+ custom vehicles between the Studio and storage. As a Driver/Warehouse Assistant with Aardvark Studios, you will work with talented people from across the company to help us keep things organized and moving forward!
QUALIFICATIONS:
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- Active CDL - A REQUIRED w/clean driving record
- Knowledge and experience with basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep
- Experience working in a warehouse environment with the ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift and pallet jack (Training / Certification can be provided)
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely
- You love getting your hands dirty and work with urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting vehicles to/from storage locations, service shops, our headquarters facility, and other locations as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas
- Collaborating with team to schedule service appointments
- Pickup and delivery of materials and supplies
- Keeping vehicle status up to date in fleet management system
- Preparing vehicles for production - vinyl graphic removal, remove/reinstall exterior vehicle components, etc
- Packing and shipping assistance for tour and fabrication team
Requirements or What else is helpful:
- In-office and on-time, 5 days per week
- Have a smartphone capable of installing and running company-provided apps to manage systems and communication during office hours
