Overview
PURPOSE: Assist the Reliability Director with reporting, the asset transfer program, and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as instructed by direct report.
- Assist in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Compile and submit reports.
- Assist with the Asset Transfer program and software.
- Organize and label equipment in warehouse.
- Use caution and support systems to assure a safety event free facility.
- Respond to any emergency or potential emergency following established procedures.
- Observe, respond and report any instance of product, service, or quality systems non-conformity.
- Security diligence, including maintaining control of key cards, preventing unauthorized entry to Berry facilities by non-Berry employees, and proper maintenance / security of Berry equipment and information.

- Pause activities and notify Safety lead in any facility regarding instances of potentially unsafe work environments or employee and supplier practices.
- Initiate action to prevent occurrences of any non-conformity of product, service or quality systems.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Suggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes, or systems and verify the implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Able to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision
- Able to work with basic Microsoft Office programs
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering or other related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
