Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Lathe and/or Mill Experience Required)
Location: 3832 Fitzgerald Rd, Louisville, KY 40216
(Relocating to a new state-of-the-art facility in LaGrange, KY in early 2026)
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 4th Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-time | Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) with a 10% pay differential for all shifts outside of first.

Punch press, brake press, or laser machine experience alone does not qualify for this position.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mill and/or lathe machines
- Load raw materials, adjust settings, and monitor performance
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Maintain accurate production and quality logs
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean work area

- 1+ years of experience operating CNC lathe and/or mill machines
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Forklift certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
- Willingness to relocate with the company to LaGrange, KY in early 2026
