Dartcor Food Services and Chelsea Hospitality Group — two industry leaders in hospitality-driven corporate dining, catering, and elevated culinary experiences — are seeking a strategic and passionate Director of Procurement to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to drive sourcing strategy across a diverse hospitality portfolio that includes Fortune 100 corporate cafés, artisanal catering, a high-output commissary kitchen, and bespoke culinary programs within private executive venues.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Partnerships
• Design and implement procurement strategies across key categories including dry goods, dairy, frozen, fresh, packaging, disposables, and kitchen equipment.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships with broadline distributors and specialty purveyors that align with our quality and sourcing standards.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with a long-term view of value, consistency, and sustainability.
Operational & Financial Optimization
• Monitor ingredient and equipment costs, drive purchasing efficiency, and analyze total cost of ownership across supply categories.
• Equip culinary and operations teams with the tools, transparency, and products they need to thrive.
• Collaborate with Finance to track and forecast spend, savings, and performance metrics.
Quality, Compliance & Innovation
• Ensure all sourced products meet food safety, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Stay ahead of market trends, seasonal availability, and pricing fluctuations.
• Advance our sustainability initiatives through thoughtful supplier partnerships and responsible sourcing.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Culinary, Commissary, Café, Catering, Marketing, and FSQA teams to align sourcing with execution.
• Lead procurement support for new café openings, catering rollouts, limited-time offers, and executive hospitality initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor across Dartcor, Chelsea Hospitality Group, and our growing network of properties.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management — ideally within hospitality, foodservice, or restaurant groups.
• In-depth understanding of food categories, quality benchmarks, distribution networks, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations, manage vendor performance, and drive cost savings.
• Strong analytical mindset; Excel/reporting skills and familiarity with tools like PlateIQ, MarketMan, or R365 are a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you lead with influence and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally to Dartcor and CHG locations and supplier sites as needed.
