National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Warehouse Associate for our location in Selma, TX 78154.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead cross dock team in unloading and receiving inbound freight
- Assist with all shipping and receiving tasks
- Unload trucks and process incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Schedule:
Work Days: Sunday through Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays OFF)
Shift Hours:
Sunday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Monday–Thursday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Please Note: While the standard schedule is designed for 40 hours per week, full 40-hour weeks are not currently guaranteed. The current average is approximately 35–38 hours per week, depending on business needs.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate:
$16.00/Hr.

Requirements:
- Must have two valid forms of identification
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Available to start working immediately
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Steel toe boots required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
