Responsibilities
1. Scan products from locations to rework area and into warehouse when completed.
2. Process TICS Returns with inspection and returns to inventory.
3. Put product on hold, enter NCMR’s and release when completed.
4. Communicate with inventory items to be scrapped with specific scrap codes.
5. Prioritize NCMR’s based on ship date. Close out NCMR’s when completed.
6. View JDE item ship dates, open work orders, BOM’s, routing notes and shipping loads.
7. Trace product in JDE Cardex.
8. Pull trifolds for reference.
9. Understand label menu and create labels.
10. Understand specific Customer expectations for product.
11. Pull samples as requested.
12. Complete Daily Labor Log and Traceability and Accountability Log Sheet.
13. Work hours as needed. May require off shift or 12 hour work.
14. Availability to travel to customer or other plant locations for rework.
15. Review hold reports and communicate scrap to leadership.
16. Communicate need for extra help or OT
Qualifications
1. Knowledge of JDE
2. Knowledge of CPRO Database
3. Fork Truck License
4. Knowledge of Email, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
5. Strong motivational and communication skills
6. High level of organization and managing skills
7. Prior Printing Experience

1. Designee from QA Manager to Release Inspected Product in JDE
2. Put suspect product on hold
