The Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making. This position will provide financial insights that enhance business performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and corporate finance.

Essential Functions

    • Assist in financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, business case analysis, and strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports, translating financial data into meaningful insights.
    • Drive process improvements in FP&A, enhancing forecasting accuracy and efficiency through automation and best practices.
    • Support in investment analysis, and M&A due diligence as needed.
    • Assist with preparation of monthly MOR decks, quarterly board meetings, and quarterly lender calls.
    • Work closely with the internal executive team and private equity firm for ad-hoc requests.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting systems.
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.
    • Collaborate with accounting to ensure alignment between FP&A and financial reporting.

Experience, Education and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
    • MBA and/or CFA preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related role.
    • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.  Experience with Oracle PBCS a plus
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
