Allied is currently looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician who is responsible to the efficient and safe operation of injection molding manufacturing process and equipment. The position will play a key role in maintaining product quality, optimizing production processes, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing process.

Shift: 7:00a - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Set up molds, operate, changeover and monitor machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform production tasks as required to meet production targets and schedules.
- Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal process conditions and prevent disruptions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with engineers and team members.
- Record accurate data related to production activities, quality checks, and process deviations. Prepare detailed reports and documentation as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to keep machinery and equipment in good working condition.
- Train new associates in equipment operation, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes.
- Respond to process upsets, equipment malfunctions, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruptions and risks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Injection Mold Technician.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician, Process Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery and equipment operation.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
