Job Description
We are looking for a Machine Operator. No experience needed to apply. We train! Training will take place on 1st shift.
What You'll Do:
- Use micrometers, electronic and/or air gauges, calipers, surface gauges, height, and depth indicators to check work for dimensional accuracy
- Make minor adjustments to maintain tolerances and finish requirements
- Perform minor tool changes
- Load, inspect, assemble, and pack parts in accordance with visual operator manufacturing instruction, work instruction, visual aid or quality alert, or other required documentation
- Fill out required documentation, understand, and follow frequency of inspection
- Additional duties as directed by supervisor
Position Responsibilities:
- Follow instruction of other Team Members, Management, and Engineering.
- Perform simple and moderate milling, drilling, and tapping operations on knee-mill.
- Perform simple and moderate turning operations on Lathe.
- Perform simple and moderate operations on Drill Press.
- Set-up CNC machines for machining of parts.
- Load parts on machining fixtures.
- Clean and maintain machines per published Maintenance Schedule.
- Perform simple QC on machined components by comparing measurements to engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Metal finishing (polishing), de-burring, and cleaning of machined components that include; tooling, custom machined products, machined castings and fixture components.
- Clean and maintain all areas of company per the published Maintenance Schedule.
- Contribute in a positive manner to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), meant to improve efficiency, improve safety, improve work-flow, and improve quality.

- Ability to stand for an 8-hr shift
- Self-motivated and willing to empower others to succeed
- Maintain a good attendance record, follow all company safety policies, and keep work environment clean.
- No prior experience is required, but mechanical skills are necessary. We will provide on-the-job training.
Requirements for this position include:
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime as directed
- 8-hour shift w/ paid break - 1st Shift - 6:00AM-2:00PM Monday - Friday
- 10-hour shift w/ paid break - 2nd Shift - 2:00PM-12:00AM Monday - Thursday
- Competitive pay $17.00 - $25.00 PER HOUR
