The Role As a Global Ethics & Compliance Intern, you will play an integral role to build an ethical culture through communication and training. In partnership with the Vice President and Sr. Counsel – Labor & Compliance, you will have the opportunity to create resources and trainings for global leaders to use in fostering a culture of integrity and support team members at all levels of the organization to make ethical decisions. This role has the unique opportunity to also support the qualitative and quantitative analysis for our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program.
Responsibilities
Ethics & Compliance (Communication & Training) • Support creating Ethics & Compliance (E&C) presentations, including researching and summarizing case studies. • Draft communications to raise awareness of the Global Code of Business Ethics. • Update the Global E&C content on SharePoint and external facing website. • Identify and implement creative opportunities to raise awareness around E&C. • Build resources for our leaders to foster a culture of integrity. • Prepare activities and communications for E&C Week. • Review and revise E&C-related policies and procedures. • Assist in other projects or assignments as needed.
Enterprise Risk Management (Data Analysis) • Assist with review and input into ERM programs. • Collect, clean and organize qualitative and quantitative data.
Qualifications
• Student currently working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field. • Highly-motivated, creative and has a passion for learning. • Acts with the highest level of integrity. • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. • Proficient in manipulation of data in Excel and producing charts, graphs and reports. • Experience with SharePoint is a plus, but not necessary.
