The role
Hybrid set-up possibility, primarily located in Zug with a Home Office option. The Internship is part of the Quality, Governance and Compliance team in EMEA & APAC. It is primarily assisting in developing and implementing a comprehensive Competitive Quality strategy across our business units. The role covers a product portfolio that currently exceeds 100 SKUs with annual spend on pace to be over $200M for 2025.
This highly transversal assignment is foreseen to take place for 6 months, engaging with key partners along the value chain (Supply Chain, Sales, Customers, external Service Providers), is sponsored by and is reporting to the Director of Quality, Governance & Compliance.
Key metrics for success: Internship Plan attainment, Consumer interaction rate, Consumer retention rate, Market audit schedule attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Industry benchmark – identify/confirm key drivers of a successful brand/product portfolio;
- Support Competitive Quality strategy development (priorities & goal definition);
- Establish Congo Brands Competitive Quality standard in cooperation with relevant value chain partners;
- Establish Management routines (market surveillance, incl. portfolio analytics); establish related standards/protocols;
- Enhance and improve consumer reach (web/on-pack) in cooperation with the Quality/IT teams;
- Explore on-pack Quality label opportunities and related business case: propose next steps.
