Key Responsibilities
Lead a significant Sub-function of the global HR technology organization operations.
Lead teams of Business Analysts and Project managers to implement global business solutions.
Establish scalable processes to drive operational excellence and the continuous improvement of the function
Manage resources, capacity planning and budgets.
Partner with Managers and Executives throughout the HR Organization to understand their roadmaps and technology requirements. Incorporate need into the HR technology roadmap.
Establish SOW's, procure resources and manage vendors as required to execute on projects and services.
Manage project intake, prioritization and delivery process for all CIP projects and technology requests.
Build, lead, develop and inspire teams of senior level HR technology professionals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field; Masters preferred
10 years of experience in HR technology
Experience working with Workday
Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources
Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems
Influences others internally and externally, including senior management
Impacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans
Guided by business unit, department or sub-functional business plans

U.S. Salary Range:
$148,000.00 - $203,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
