Established staffing agency in the DFW area is looking for an Operations Manager to manage the team, operations, growth, and expansion of the company. The ideal candidate is a sales-minded leader, with strong experience or knowledge in HR, operations, and the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth of the company through:

• overseeing the daily operations of multiple teams in multiple states (less than 5)
• setting the SOP and ensuring legal compliance
• recruit, train, and mentor team members in various roles
• identifying opportunities to expand services into other states and territories

Qualifications

• proven leader with background in sales, operations, or HR
• strong understanding of the staffing industry, especially in light industrial
• 10+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor degree
• strong organization and communication skills
