Manufacturing company in Mesquite is hiring a full-time recruiter. This position is long term with benefits. The main functions for this role will include recruiting, processing candidates, field recruiting, setting up job fairs, and onboarding new hires. The types of open roles are in a warehouse and manufacturing environment, and are paid hourly.

This is an opportunity to work creatively, with some autonomy.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting either for an employment agency, or for a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email in both English and Spanish
• Good computer skills
• Great in dealing with hourly employees
