The CAD Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the management team and serves as a design intermediary and liaison to our customers. Managing the customer’s design requests, processing orders, and translating the CAD design requirements to our factory are among a few of the duties this role performs to ensure accuracy of product ordering and timely manufacturing. This critical and dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism, poise and confidentiality. The position serves as both the translator and processor to the customer and builds critical relationships with the sales team, customers, and manufacturer, warehouse and construction teams. A tech-savvy individual with meticulous attention to detail is necessary. Experience with CADS, or working with technical measurements, fractions, or blueprints is not required but would serve you well   

The position operates in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of fluid responsibilities to include a variety of project management responsibilities between the customer and all departments. This role works at our Dallas office, as well as attending off-site meetings and events from time to time.
